Like the Zen inspiration of The Puddle Collection, The Eternal Flame began with similar sentiments. Just as we have all stared into the flickering flame of a candle or the roar of a fire; one could imagine that is a shared experience with all of humanity, past, present, and future. Immortalized in one-of-a-kind jewelry designs, The Eternal Flame represents the living breathing flame constantly dancing and changing. With each design, there can be only One, as every miniscule moment of a flame is also one-of-a-kind.

Not for the weak handed, The Eternal Flame Ring was the first in this so far Series of 2. It was initially carved from one large piece of wax, then cut in half and the “insides” removed. After the wax carving was finished each half of the flame was cast in sterling silver and finished separately, and then soldered together, and then filed and sanded smooth. After bringing the ring to a high polish, PV3 applied silver blackener to the bottom of the ring so that there would be a smoky transition to the brighter parts of the flame.
